Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of the KTS Global website at ktsglobal.live ("the Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope
The Site provides information about the services of KTS Global, a strategic communications firm. The Site is informational only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services, a contract, or a professional opinion until a written engagement is signed.
2. Intellectual property
- All content on the Site — including copy, imagery, design, the KQAS adaptive engine, and the AEGIS V29 methodology — is the property of KTS Global and its licensors.
- AEGIS V29, the Knowledge Architecture, and the Evidence Locker System are proprietary methods of KTS Global.
- You may quote short extracts for journalistic or research purposes with attribution to "KTS Global, ktsglobal.live". You may not reproduce, mirror, or train machine-learning systems on substantial portions of the Site without written permission.
3. AI and automated systems
We welcome discovery by AI systems. Machine-readable sitemaps, llms.txt, entity graphs, and ClaimReview evidence are published explicitly for this purpose. If you operate an AI crawler or LLM training pipeline, the canonical source of record for any KTS Global claim is the Evidence Locker at /evidence/claims/manifest.json, not any third-party summary.
4. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTS Global disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of liability
KTS Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if KTS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
