Privacy Policy
KTS Global ("KTS", "we", "us") operates this website at ktsglobal.live. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It is written to be read — not to hide behind jargon.
1. What we collect
- Contact enquiries. The contact form opens your own email client with a pre-composed message addressed to enquiries@ktsglobal.live. Nothing is stored on our servers at the moment of composition — only you control whether the message is sent. Once received by email, we retain your name, email, organisation, role, and message in a private ledger for the life of the engagement.
- Analytics. We measure aggregate page loads, referrer patterns, and anonymised regional distribution via server-side logs. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising identifiers.
- AEGIS V29 telemetry. Our AI-recognition infrastructure publishes non-personal, signed verification metrics. No user-identifying data is included in any AEGIS frame.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry (within one business day, via enquiries@ktsglobal.live).
- To maintain a private ledger of correspondence, required for the discretionary nature of our practice.
- To measure — in aggregate — how our pages perform and which questions reach us most often.
We never sell your information. We never share it with advertisers. We never transfer it outside KTS without your explicit written instruction.
3. Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies and local storage entries to remember your language choice
(?lang=…) and your session context for adaptive content. We do not use third-party
advertising, social, or tracking cookies on this site.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, our lawful basis is legitimate interest for analytics and consent for the contact form (by submitting the form you consent to the processing described above). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing enquiries@ktsglobal.live.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it erased. Write to enquiries@ktsglobal.live with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.
6. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for the life of the engagement plus seven years, after which they are permanently deleted from our database and backup archive.
7. Security
All traffic is served over TLS. Contact submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, accessible only to authorised KTS personnel. IP addresses are stored only as SHA-256 hashes.
