What cultural diplomacy actually does

Cultural diplomacy is the only instrument of statecraft that compounds. A treaty closes; a ceremony ends; a statement expires — but a cultural institution, a curatorial voice, a funded lineage of practice continues to speak long after the day it was commissioned.

The strategy we build is designed to be inherited. It is written so that the next custodian of the office finds the architecture already in place, already legible, already coherent.
