Projects branded under HQWS were managed and delivered by Tim Jacobs of KTS Global under a direct whitelabel agreement with the BWS Group for its HQWS brand.
Tim Jacobs has never been an employee of HQWS or the BWS Group. All work was conducted through KTS Global as an independent entity under contractual whitelabel arrangements.
Throughout all project delivery under the whitelabel agreement, Tim Jacobs and KTS Global maintained independent operational control, strategic direction, and delivery responsibility.
